REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to our customers while maintaining the quality standards of our brand.

 

 

1. Return Eligibility

 

We accept returns only for products that have a manufacturing defect.

The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

 

To process a return, the following must be provided:

                       Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

                       A complete unboxing video clearly showing the defect at first opening

                       Product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging

 

If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or incomplete packaging, we may issue partial store credit or no credit, depending on the condition.

 

Please do not return the item directly to the manufacturer.

 

 

2. Refund Type — Store Credit Only

 

For approved defective returns, we issue:

                       Store Credit equal to the product value

(Store credit is usable on any future purchase)

 

We do not provide cash refunds for defect-based returns.

 

 

3. Pre-Order Refund Policy

 

We understand that pre-orders require extra patience, so we follow a transparent approach:

                       If your pre-order is fulfilled within 30 working days, cancellation refunds are issued only as store credit.

                       If your pre-order is not fulfilled within 30 working days, you are eligible for a full money refund to your original payment method.

 

This ensures fairness while maintaining production timelines for limited or pre-release products.

 

 

4. Return Process & Approval

 

Once your return is received:

            1.         Our team inspects the item within 24 working days

            2.         You will receive an email regarding approval or rejection

            3.         Store credit is issued shortly after approval

 

In certain cases, if the returned item is severely damaged or used, we may decline the return entirely.

 

 

5. Late or Missing Refund / Credit

 

If you havent received your store credit within the expected time:

                       Recheck your account

                       Contact your card/bank provider (for pre-order money refunds)

                       If still unresolved, email us at [your support email]

 

We always respond promptly and ensure transparency.

 

 

6. Exchanges

 

If you received a defective item and wish to exchange it for the same product (color/size/model), please email us.

 

Exchange availability depends on stock.

If the same item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

 

 

7. Shipping for Returns

                       Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

                       Shipping fees are non-refundable.

                       In special situations where we issue a prepaid return label, its cost will be deducted from the store credit or refund.

 

We suggest using a trackable shipping service, especially for items above 5,000, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages lost in transit.

 

 

8. Delivery Status & Responsibility

 

Once an order is marked Delivered” by the courier, it is considered fulfilled.

We cannot be responsible for:

                       Missing packages after delivery

                       Incorrect address provided by the customer

 

However, we will help raise courier investigations and provide documentation for support.

 

 

9. Gift Returns

 

If the product was marked as a gift:

                       You may receive store credit once the returned item is received

                       Gift returns must follow the same defect-verification process

 

 

10. Items Not Eligible for Return

                       Final sale / clearance items

                       Customized or personalized products

                       Products returned without unboxing video

                       Items not in original packaging

                       Free gifts / promotional items
